CLEANLAUNDRYNOW.COM, LLC ("Clean Laundry Now," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website cleanlaundrynow.com (the "Site") and provides laundry pickup, wash-and-fold, and delivery services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the subject of your message, and the message itself. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we collect whatever information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect certain technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site — through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

- ActiveCampaign — manages our customer contacts and email/marketing communications;
- Google Analytics — provides website usage analytics;
- Google Maps — powers the service-area map on our Site;
- CleanCloud — powers our online booking and scheduling; and
- Cloudflare — hosts and secures the Site.
These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising and social media. We may use advertising and measurement tools from social media and advertising platforms — such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Nextdoor — to measure the performance of our marketing and to show you relevant ads on those platforms. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies that collect information about your activity on the Site. We may not use every one of these platforms at any given time.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clean Laundry Now, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
